Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice in Englewood, Colorado is seeking CNAs to join our team. The CNA provides resident care under the Director of CNA Services and coordinates with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.

We offer opportunities for certifications and advancement within a growing national company. We provide a pay range of $22-$25 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a 401k with employer match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Ability to work well within a team with nurses, social workers, and aides.
• Commitment to quality of life and patient care.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to assigned residents per assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate with licensed staff to deliver appropriate care.
• Follow nursing policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patients daily.
