Job summary

Suncrest/Brighton Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to hospice patients under nursing leadership. You will work with a dedicated team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and follow all safety guidelines.

You will collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and leadership to ensure individualized care plans are followed and changes in condition are reported promptly.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and committed to improving patients' quality of life.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers and leadership.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to assigned hospice patients under nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with the hospice care team to meet patient needs and promote comfort.
• Report changes in condition and follow infection-control practices.
