Qualifications

• Must be certified as a nurse’s aide by the state with required training and competency exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in select states.

• Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and state-required auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care including assistance with personal hygiene, repositioning and mobility.
• Support patients in homes or facilities through movement and daily activities while ensuring safety and dignity.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and assist with daily living tasks.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols in home and facility environments.
