John Knox Village is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide personal care to terminally ill patients under RN supervision. You will follow the Plan of Care, document care, and communicate updates to the RN Case Manager.

The role supports Village Hospice standards and requires teamwork and adherence to safety policies. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, Missouri CNA certification if working in Missouri, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Complete bedside documentation and ensure visits are closed and synchronized.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to safety regulations and agency policies.
• Deliver care consistent with Village Hospice standards and collaborate with team members.
