Job summary

Trinity Hospice in Joplin, MO seeks a Hospice Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver personal healthcare in patients' homes. You will support daily living activities, maintain a safe environment, and communicate patient progress to the clinical team.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience and a valid driver's license. A strong focus on compassionate care and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in hospice, hospital, home health, or long-term care.
• CNA or CHHA certification program completed.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and Aide Plan of Care.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Report changes and document care provided for continuity of care.
• Follow infection control principles and maintain patient privacy and dignity.
