Job summary

Regional Hospice is seeking CNAs to work out of the Joplin office. Preference for full-time, but part-time or PRN will be considered. Hours are primarily Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional after-hours needs.

Provide high-quality personal care to patients with terminal illness and sit with patients for caregiver relief and during the last hours of life. Must have Missouri CNA license; EMR documentation required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, active Missouri CNA license.
• Computer and smartphone skills for EMR charting, email, mileage apps.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality personal care to patients facing terminal illness.
• Sits with patients for caregiver relief and through the last hours of life.
• Works with nurses, social workers, chaplains, physicians and volunteers.
• Documents visits promptly in the electronic medical record.
