Job summary

BJC Home Care, Evelyn’s House, is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to deliver direct patient/resident care across home-based settings. You will document vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and report changes to supervising nurses.

Responsibilities

• Obtains vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.
• Meets patient hygiene, comfort, nutrition, and hydration needs and documents as required.
• Recognizes and reports abnormal findings or changes in patient status to the nurse during the shift.
• Provides care under the supervision of the nurse or Primary Case Manager in Home Health settings.
