Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning for safety and comfort.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Serve meals and assist with eating to ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Follow individualized care plans under licensed staff.
- Maintain clean and sanitary resident rooms and common areas.
- Document care provided in residents' medical records.
