Corus Health in Albuquerque seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide hands-on hospice care at Laguna Rainbow Elder Care Center, delivering dignity, comfort, and steady support for patients and families.

Formación

• Current certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of New Mexico.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training program.
• At least one year of experience preferred; hospice or home health a plus.
• Compassion, patience, and steadiness in interactions.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and care teams.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• CNAs living near Laguna Rainbow Elder Care Center are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care services in accordance with each patient's plan of care, under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and feeding
• Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
• Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition or care needs to supervising staff
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in the EMR
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
