Qualifications

• Master of Divinity preferred and licensure not applicable.
• One year of chaplain experience in healthcare or hospice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospice/palliative care and bereavement concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with IDG/IDT and care team for care planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Support diverse faith traditions and connect families with resources.
• Travel locally to patient homes as needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement and compliance with policies.
