Job summary

CorsoCare Hospice in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide to join our home health team. The role provides personal care under guidance from the Staff RN/Case Manager and Supervising Therapist, delivering compassionate, patient-centered services in the home.

This full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, serves the Medina/Brunswick area. Ohio STNA certification and at least 1 year of hospice/home care experience are required or preferred; CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as an STNA in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year Hospice Aide experience in health care or home care.
• CPR certification preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license with insurance and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to meet physical demands of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
• Support patient ambulation and safe transfers.
• Assist with nourishment, fluids, and feeding.
• Record vital signs and basic infection control.
• Follow care plan and provide emotional support.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager for schedule and visits.
