CorsoCare Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our health services team. You will provide personal care and related services in patients' homes under RN/Case Manager guidance.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of hospice aide experience, strong communication, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work closely with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as a STNA in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year hospice aide experience in health care or home care.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Able to meet physical requirements of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient with ambulation and transfers using safe techniques.
• Provide personal care and support per care plan.
• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Maintain infection control procedures and a safe environment.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager and RN/Case Manager.
