Job summary

Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to provide essential patient care across home, long-term care, assisted living, and hospital settings. You will meet patients and families where they are most comfortable and deliver dignity-driven, holistic care.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, emotional support, and collaboration with families and the healthcare team, while adhering to infection prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Active CPR certification is required.
• Experience as Hospice Aide/Home Health Aide and/or CNA in the last 24 months preferred.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Deliver emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
