Job summary

Partners In Care Hospice is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) who also hold CNA certification to join our caregiving team in Placer, Nevada, El Dorado and Sacramento Counties.

We value compassion, reliability, and professionalism as you provide in-home hospice support and personal care under RN supervision. A part-time/per-diem schedule, weekly pay, training, and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a current California Certified Home Health Aide - HHA and CNA.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform transfers, dressing, toileting, and reporting changes to the nurse.
• Must pass a background clearance and a TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to hospice patients in home or facility settings.
• Report observations to the nurse and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support patients to maintain quality of life and dignity at end of life.
• Flexibility with scheduling and shifts (including mornings to nights).
