St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our home-based care team in Eau Claire, WI. You will deliver compassionate, one-on-one support under the direction of a Registered Nurse to enhance comfort and quality of life for patients at the end of life.

The role emphasizes personal care, daily living assistance, and careful observation within patients’ homes. Travel is required, and the position offers full-time hours with benefits and professional development

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and meals as needed.
• Travel to patient homes and deliver care as scheduled.
