Must hold CNA certification with state requirements completed.
CPR certification required for direct patient care in select states.
Must be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, insurance as required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
Assist patients at home or facilities, including walking and daily living activities.
Monitor comfort, respond to needs, uphold safety and dignity.
Work in home and facility environments while following infection control protocols.
