Job summary

VitalCaring in Tupelo, MS is seeking a Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes across the southern territory (Lee, Itawamba, Monroe, Chickasaw counties). You will work closely with RNs, social workers, chaplains, and leadership in a 1:1 setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, supporting comfort and mobility, documenting care, and honoring patient preferences with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to follow care plans and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Support comfort through repositioning, mobility, and skin care.
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care accurately and report changes to the RN/Case Manager.
