OurCare of Connecticut is seeking Homemakers and Companions to support seniors in New Milford and Danbury, CT. This role focuses on non-medical companionship, daily living assistance, and creating a safe, comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities include conversation, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and accompanying clients to activities. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in caregiving or companion role is preferred.
• Reliable, trustworthy and compassionate personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical services such as companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities including light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Monitor safety and report concerns to the agency or family.
• Encourage client independence while providing supportive presence.
