Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to deliver in-home hospice and end-of-life care across Fremont, Union City, Newark, San Jose and the Tri-Valley area. You will practice independently on the road with mentorship and a schedule built around your life.

We offer guaranteed base salary with quarterly bonuses, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and no non-compete, plus ongoing training and support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Willingness to practice in-home hospice care and travel within assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate veterinary care in clients' homes within Fremont, Union City, Newark, San Jose & Tri-Valley.
• Practice medicine with autonomy while receiving mentorship and support from the team.
• Participate in scheduling options and maintain high-quality end-of-life care.
