Job summary

Apex Healthcare Staffing, LLC. seeks an RN Office Supervisor to coordinate and deliver in-home care per established plans. You will monitor patient health, administer medications, and support families with diet, exercise, and mobility.

The role requires CPR/First Aid, valid driver's license, and strong English communication. Responsibilities include documenting services, transporting patients to appointments, and providing compassionate bedside care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a home health aide or nurse supervisor in patient homes.
• Current CPR certificate and First Aid training required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient English communication and basic nursing administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport patients to doctors or hospital visits
• Administer simple prescribed medications
• Assist with personal care activities
• Monitor vital signs and report patient condition
• Maintain care records and document services
• Assist with mobility and exercises
• Counsel on diet and exercise
• Collect routine specimens
• Provide companionship and emotional support
