Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health visits across the Forest, Virginia area. The RN will implement the plan of care, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Virginia RN license, is organized, adaptable and able to communicate clearly with diverse teams. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Be organized, detail-oriented and communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• RN must understand home health care issues and be able to problem-solve; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administers skilled care visits to clients per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educates clients, families and team; works under supervision of Branch Director.
