Job summary

ABL Health Care is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Fremont. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team to deliver compassionate in-home nursing services.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice care.
• Valid California driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and patient care plans.
• Administer treatments, monitor conditions, and report changes to appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using company devices.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) when assigned.
• Comply with company policies to ensure high standards of care.
