Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Mount Sterling, KY team. This full-time role provides 1:1 patient care in a home-health setting, offering flexibility and supportive team backing to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

The RN will assess needs, develop MD-ordered plans, administer treatments, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining thorough documentation and participating in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree with current unrestricted license in the state of practice and residence.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
