Adoration Home Health in Morgantown, WV is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide patient-centered, 1:1 care in the home setting, following physician orders and MD-directed plans of care.

This full-time role offers scheduling flexibility, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive, team-based environment with on-going training and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN degree (Associate or Bachelor) with active license in the state
• One year of nursing experience in patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and insurance
• New graduates may be considered in select markets
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders and patient goals
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
