Job summary

Bethany of the Northwest is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to join our Home Health team in Everett, WA. The role requires an active WA RN license, CPR certification, and a compassionate, client‑centered approach. The schedule is day shift with an hourly pay range of $50–$60, and involves home visits across Snohomish County.

Qualifications

• WA RN license required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of home health patients.
• Assess patient conditions and document observations.
• Review medications and vital signs; communicate with the care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate care and communicate with patients, families, and providers.
