Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Colorado (CO)
• Preferable at least 1 year of PT experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Complies with ethical and professional standards per APTA.
• Maintains patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Assists physician in evaluating clients and interpreting tests.
• Develops and documents Plan of Care and revises as needed.
• Delivers treatments to relieve pain or restore function.
• Coordinates referrals for out-patient services when needed.
• Documents weekly progress notes and educates patients/families.
• Plans discharge summaries and patient education at discharge.
