Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Florida OTA license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct occupational therapy per plan of care.
• Maintains patient/caregiver informed about plan of care.
• Provides skilled therapy and procedures as appropriate for patient care.
• Records progress notes and ensures continuity of care.
• Discharges planning and communication with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to discuss care.
