Job summary

Allegiance Home Health & Rehab in Florida is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate in-home care, adhering to clinical standards and patient-centered goals. You will assess needs and document care while educating families and supporting their involvement in treatment plans.

Responsibilities include following nursing service objectives, maintaining infection control, and responding to emergencies with urgency and care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current CPR Card from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in home healthcare required.
• Compassion and a desire to help our clients achieve a better quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
• Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Communicates with patients and families regarding treatment and care
• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
• Responds to emergency situations
