Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility)
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist patients with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team
• Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions
• Adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and infection control protocols
• Support patients with dignity, respect, and compassionate care
