Job summary

Terrace Home Health and Hospice in Boise–Meridian, ID is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-focused care under supervision. Responsibilities

• Record weights and track skin condition, notify nurse of changes.
• Participate in care-plan meetings and safety drills.
• Maintain confidentiality and report policy non-compliance.
