Job summary

Overture Home Care LLC in Texas is seeking dedicated caregivers and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors. Roles include assisting with ADLs, companionship, and basic health monitoring.

Weekly pay, orientation and ongoing training, and a supportive team environment are offered across multiple Fort Worth area locations. Requirements include a CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience, a reliable and professional attitude, and a valid driver's license with a TB test

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
