Job summary

AHC Home Assistance seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care Division. You will provide compassionate personal care, follow the Plan of Care, and help clients with ADLs in their homes, while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Coordination with Client Service Coordinators and RN staff is essential. This PRN role offers day and night shifts, with competitive pay and benefits in a faith-based home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Maryland CNA certification and active BLS/First Aid certificates.
• One year or more of experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients and follow the Plan of Care.
• Maintain safe home environment and assist with ADLs.
• Communicate with clients and coordinators about schedule and needs.
• Assist with exercises and turning/repositioning per RN plan.
• Run errands with signed waiver.
• Maintain confidentiality and high-quality service.
