Job summary
Harmony Home Health & Hospice is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes. You will serve as a trusted companion, monitor conditions, and support daily activities while delivering compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited CNA or Home Health Aide program.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A caring heart, positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers.
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
- Communicate updates to the care team and supervisors.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Help patients stay active with simple exercises or activities.
- Administer medications (as permitted under scope).
