Job summary

BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care across service areas including St. Cloud, Waite Park, Sauk Rapids and more.

The role offers flexible schedules, 15–40 hours weekly, and pay between $19 and $21 per hour based on certifications and experience. You will perform essential personal care, monitor vitals under RN oversight, transport assistance, and offer companionship to enhance well-being in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + a minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• A valid driver’s license (Permits not accepted).
• Current Auto Insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Geriatric and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience.
• Able to travel within covering territories as listed.
• Empathy for the needs of the client.
• Positive and respectful attitude toward others.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client homes.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.
• Report client condition changes.
• Follow care plans, assist with meals, housekeeping, errands and transportation.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
