Job summary

BrightStar Care Maple Grove & Andover is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care across our service areas. You will drive to client homes, assist with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and report any changes under RN supervision.

A valid MN CNA certification and driving ability are required. We offer competitive pay ($20–$22/hour), flexible shifts, and opportunities for training and advancement within BrightStar Care.

Qualifications

Current In-State MN CNA Certification (Preferred) + at least 1 year of experience in home health/assisted living or similar settings.
Valid Driver's License required; permits not accepted.
Clean driving record; ability to travel within covered territories.

Responsibilities

Drive to client homes to provide in-home care.
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.
Report client condition changes promptly.
Follow individualized care plans and assist with meals, housekeeping, errands and transportation.
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.
