Maximum Care, Inc. is looking for a Direct Care Worker to join Our Team. With over 40 years in business, we support the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities.

We offer earning up to $19 per hour, cash bonuses, and referral bonuses, with flexible schedules and the option of part-time or full-time. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate must be able to care for Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. Care for the Participant medical and emotional care due to illness, injury, disability, etc.
• Home assistance – provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed. Accompany clients to appointments and assist/reminders with medications. Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Companionship – provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.
