Job summary

JEVS Care at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our home care team in the Bensalem, Levittown, and Fairless Hills area. You will support clients with daily living activities, follow care plans, and promote independence.

We provide training, PPE, and opportunities to earn credentials such as CPR and Dementia care. You will work under a supportive team and receive competitive benefits as part of our home care program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Client Care Manager.
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation.
• Must pass JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation with 80% passing score.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities as outlined in the care plan.
• Support independence and provide training on Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Access to PPE and training including CPR, First Aid, and Dementia training.
• Demonstrate understanding of independent living philosophy.
• Complete competency examination after training; annual re-certification thereafter.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living per client Plan of Care.
