Vitality Health Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, medication administration, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure client well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, preferably completed Home Health Aide training, and demonstrate strong communication skills. They will work flexible shifts to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program preferred.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare settings preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Administer medications under supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Document all care accurately and in accordance with agency policies.
