Ahhmgt seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (PRN) to join our home health team in the Greater New Orleans area. The role involves delivering personal care, observing patients, and reporting changes to supervising nurses.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting mobility and feeding as outlined in the care plan. Requires state training, CPR, and a driver’s license.

Formación

• Meets the training requirements and completes nurse aide training and competency evaluation as per state regulations.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and document care.
• Self-directed with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on personal care (baths, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing) and skin care.
• Assist with toileting, meal planning and feeding as needed.
• Take and record vital signs per plan of care.
• Assist with ambulation and exercise following care plan.
• Support in basic nursing services under RN supervision.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of patient environment and documentation.
