Qualifications

• Provide personal care such as hygiene, dressing and bathing as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage patients in conversations and activities.
• Observe patient conditions and report changes to supervisors.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe living environment.
• Arrange transportation when required for appointments or activities.

Responsibilities

• Helping patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks
• Performing basic housekeeping chores, such as vacuuming, doing laundry, dusting, washing dishes, basic health care services and medication reminders
• Helping with general light housekeeping
• Making transportation arrangements as needed
• Observing and reporting on patient's condition
