Qualifications

• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.

Responsabilités

• Provide baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and dressing assistance.
• Assist in meals planning and preparation; may assist in feeding.
• Take and record vital signs as ordered and report significant changes to nurse.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and monitor safety needs of patients.
• Adhere to care procedures, complete documentation and attend required trainings.
