Job summary

Beyond Faith Homecare & Rehab is seeking compassionate healthcare professionals for in-home care across our service area in Texas. We invite HHAs, CNAs, LVNs, and RNs to apply and join our team providing personal care and health maintenance in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as home health aide, CNA, LVN or RN in home health setting; formal nursing training may substitute as allowed by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal healthcare and health maintenance activities per care plan.
• Communicate with administrative staff regarding client needs and changes in condition.
• Document care provided accurately and maintain care records.
• Support continuity of care and participate in team meetings and conferences.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in client care.
• Complete in-service training and maintain required certifications.
• Meet continuing education requirements as mandated by the agency/licensing board.
