Qualifications

• CNA certification is strongly preferred.
• Must be registered on the Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in home health or hospice.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned tasks on clients following Home Health Aide Care Plans.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Help clients with exercises and rehabilitation tasks.
