Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Satisfactory completion of Agency qualifying exam.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Six months recent experience or two years part-time experience in relevant roles.
• CPR / First Aid certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and report on specific care plans for clients.
• Assist clients with personal care needs like bathing and dressing.
• Provide routine house cleaning, meal prep, and laundry.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' condition.
