Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Satisfactory completion of agency’s qualifying exam.
• Recent experience in personal care is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report on tasks.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and other personal care.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with meals.
• Transport clients for errands.
• Help clients with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report condition changes.
