Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury in Shrewsbury, NJ is hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join a compassionate senior living team. Provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities in a welcoming community.

You’ll work closely with licensed nurses and other caregivers to promote independence, safety, and dignity. The role requires NJ HHA certification and a genuine desire to help seniors live well.

Qualifications

• NJ HHA certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in senior living or home care preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to promote independence and dignity.
• Offer companionship and encourage participation in community activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents' well-being to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment.
