Arbor Terrace Middletown is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) for full-time and part-time roles in Middletown, NJ. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and foster independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care promoting independence and dignity.
• Build relationships and offer companionship to residents.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll make a meaningful difference every day by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene

• Providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity

• Building meaningful relationships and offering companionship to residents

• Encouraging participation in social activities and community events

• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being

• Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care

• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience in assisted living, home care, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
