Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to deliver compassionate in‑home care for adults in the ACSP Division. You’ll follow a nurse’s plan of care and provide personal care, homemaker, and companion services to help clients stay safe and independent at home.

We offer training, flexible schedules including full‑time, part‑time, per‑diem, and on‑call, and a supportive team. Expect a meaningful career with 24/7 clinical support and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care).
• Support with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with range of motion/exercises and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.
