Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate, in-home care to clients in the ACSP Division. You will follow a nurse’s plan of care to provide personal care, homemaker tasks, and companionship, helping adults stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or patient care welcomed, but not required. Training provided.
• Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Commitment to being present and providing quality care.

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care per plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Support meal preparation, range of motion exercises, and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
