Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in their homes in the BAYADA ACSP Division. You will follow a nurse’s plan of care to provide personal care, household support, and companionship, helping adults stay safe and independent at home.

The role offers training, flexibility, and a dedicated team. Travel to clients’ homes is required, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call positions.

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companion care at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support mobility and transfers; assist with ambulation and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure client safety.
